I had Ryan Smith as my realtor and he was amazing to work with! It was my time looking for a place to rent and so he helped explain some terms and processes that were new to me. Whenever I emailed him with questions, he would respond very quickly. The options he showed me were within my budget range and were in very nice locations. He also helped me look over the lease.
