Therapy Lounge is a team of 12 diverse and passionate health practitioners who have been a part of the Beach community since 2007. They work together to create holistic and effective treatment plans while giving helpful self-care advice to keep you happy, healthy and feeling your best.
Wellness and balance is their focus. They provide Registered Massage Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, HEARTBEATS-Prenatal Care, Reflexology, Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Kinesiology Taping, Cupping, Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture, Cosmetic Acupuncture, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Manual Osteopathy, Chiropractic Care and Active Release Technique.
They are located in the heart of the beach above the hustle and bustle of Queen Street East, on the 2nd floor. We offer flexible (morning, afternoon and evening) hours, 7 days a week. The calm beach boardwalk is just 2 blocks south.
