TRADITIONAL PATTERNS:
A simple switch of throw pillows or strategic placement of wallpaper can make any room lean into the love of tradition. Patterns rooted in nature, and earthy tones will warm up your space instantly.

STONE STATEMENTS
If you’re considering a bathroom or kitchen reno, lean on stone to make your statement. Oversize counters and continuous backsplashes will speak volumes. There are incredible composite options to keep costs in line and maintenance low if natural stone is not the fit.

BROWN IS THE NEW GREY
We still have a love affair with dark muddy greens but brown is making a huge comeback this year. The tone is key – too much red or not a deep enough base and it will lool like you-know-what. Make sure you sample test any colours.

WARM NEUTRALS
Say goodbye to Decorator’s White. We’re leaning into the warmth of rich tones for the new neutrals. Putties, creams and beiges have a comforting and grounding effect.

VINTAGE & ANTIQUE
We spent so much time trolling for mid-century modern for a while so it is refreshing to search again for the traditional classics. Sculptural pieces, landscapes and ornate fixtures mixed with eclectic modern pieces will create the perfect gallery wall or shelf.

DARK & MOODY
While warm neutrals will always serve any home, it’s time to have some fun with the dark tones – but go all the way…wrap the ceilings and doors, pair with dark wallpaper, paint your trim 50% of the dark wall colour to create a cozy getaway.

SAY IT WITH LIGHT
Aside from paint, the fastest way to make an impact in a room is with statement lighting. Time to go bold with a sculptural vintage chandelier and ornate wall scones.

TRIM IT OUT
Add instant luxury to any room through trim detail – wainscotting, wall panels, oversized and traditional crown molding and baseboards will resonate.
